You Can Vote However You Like

Guy to friend in movie theater, just before movie starts: Dude, my blog post today was *so* good. –Loews Theater, 34th St

**Lots of positive publicity for Columbia going on here this week**

Girl #1: That Major English Texts class is ridiculous. You had to memorize soo much.
Girl #2: You’re not even in that class! I’m in that class…so I would know. You shouldn’t be complaining!
Girl #1: I’m the TA, asshole.

Alaska’s Largest Newspaper Endorses Obama

See BBC article after the jump. But really, if the only state who has experience with your leadership style doesn’t endorse you, what does that say about your qualifications for the vice-presidency?

He is saddling his successor with two wars, a scarred global image and a government systematically stripped of its ability to protect and help its citizens — whether they are fleeing a hurricane’s floodwaters, searching for affordable health care or struggling to hold on to their homes, jobs, savings and pensions in the midst of a financial crisis that was foretold and preventable.

Further Proof that I <3 Nerds

This is Seth Rogen at the premiere of his new movie, Zack and Miri Make a Porno. I’ve thought Seth was hilarious since seeing Knocked Up, and now that he’s lost weight, he’s gravitating towards justifiably cute.

Good Lord I love Rolling Stone

This is a great interview with Barack Obama. And I think anyone who complained about Sarah Palin’s Newsweek cover will shut their mouth after seeing ol’ Racky’s mug on this one. Seriously, will someone at Rolling Stone just give me a job already?
